I figured it out, you have to go on itch.io on ur pc/laptop install the file, plug ur vr into ur pc with a usbc cord, use quest link, then open the file 😁! hope this helps!
For the people saying "i can play this standalond with cx file explore" that is not true because only apk files can work on quest standalone
your right in some places, only, quest rift, meta quest 3 and standalone pc VR can run files other than apk files 😊
